Career Assessment/Identifying "Best Fit" Career. Identify "best fit" careers for your skills, interests, values and personality. Identify key factors to find career satisfaction and success. Formal career and psychological assessment instruments are available.
Job Hunting: Strategies/Networking/Interviewing. Identify the best and worst job hunting strategies. Develop a plan to find the right job more efficiently. Develop an effective resume, learn proven networking and interviewing skills.
Changing Careers. Decide whether it's really in your best interest overall to change careers. Get support in identifying meaningful and realistic possibilities. Limit your risk by thoroughly investigating the realities of the options. Then, transition into the new career or identify the right educational/training program.
Resume Development. Develop, write and/or edit an effective resume. Understand how to tailor the resume to specific positions. Create cover letters that impress.
Salary Negotiation. Negotiate the best deal when you get an offer. Negotiate effectively for your promotion or annual review.
